Rufus is sector lead for Retrofit and Built Environment. Rufus spent two decades working in investment research advising asset management clients on their investment strategies

Jennifer has nearly twenty years of institutional investment, development finance and international private equity experience.

Harald has gained considerable experience, in a variety of roles, during a 25 year career across three financial centres; London, New York and Frankfurt.

Steven worked at Berenberg, setting up and running the sustainability team within the Investment Bank. Prior to this, he worked for 12 years in the investment industry.

Christian spent over 15 years in cross-asset derivatives sales roles for international investment banks.

Jeremy spent 16 years in the investment industry in both public and private markets, latterly running global special situations.

Heather supports BwB’s efforts around policy development, regulatory, market and financial reform, drawing on her almost 15 years working in sales and client strategy in the City of London.

Jade was previously a senior analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in San Francisco.

Barbara started her career in finance as an investment advisor in 2007. In 2019, she joined the myclimate foundation to help finance institutions integrate climate protection in their daily business.

Emre previously worked with PwC in the corporate finance department, as an Insurance broker at ESL insurance, as Head of marketing.

Prerna previously worked as an analyst with the Technology and Disruptive Commerce banking team at JP Morgan Chase & Co., and with the Government of India

Mansi has previously held a role as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance-GF&BM team in JPMorgan Chase and Company.

Rumbi has over 11 years of experience working in marketing, sustainability consulting, programme coordination, and editing in Sweden, Canada, and Tanzania.

Rupesh is sector lead for Nature Based Solutions and Circular Economy, he is a member of the Operations & Strategy Group at the firm.

Asen is sector lead for Cities. He brings diverse experience in structured finance, corporate finance, and financial markets.

Tenke Zoltani, Founder of Better Finance, is an expert in the field of impact investing, focusing on structuring, direct investments and portfolio integration of ESG principles.

Vuk spent eight years building the international business of Dutch asset management house Kempen Capital Management.

Mark's career in financial markets spans equities, derivatives and fixed income trading, capital markets and risk management. He worked at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director and head of risk for the Equity Division.

Andrew worked in the City of London as a sell side analyst for 35 years, covering the Retail sector. He was latterly a MD and team head at UBS.

Sumbo has 5+ years of trading experience in the emerging markets FX space with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.

Rajni has over 15 years of experience in cross-asset derivatives trading. Currently, she is a Senior Director at Barclays in Equity Derivatives Trading.

Lesley is a member of the Operations & Strategy Group of the firm.

Yang has over 12 years of professional experience in various advisory and asset management roles..

Gunjesh is a practicing Chartered Accountant in India. He has an experience of over 6 years working in the fields of finance, accounts, auditing and advisory services.

Matteo spent one year working in financial risk and sustainable finance for MLAdvisory, an international consulting company.

Isaac graduated in 2021 from the University of Sussex, with a first-class degree in philosophy, politics, economics.

Wilfred previously worked as a product management trainee in fixed income and equity, focusing on responsible investment at Nordea Asset Management.

Shrikant has over a decade of experience into Investment Banking & Finance domain.

Chris is sector lead for Debt and is a member of the Operations & Strategy Group of the firm. He worked in the City of London for 15 years up to 2009.

Steve worked at Morgan Stanley for 28 years in European and then Global equity sales.

William had a long career in traditional money and bond markets in the UK, US and European Rabobank.

Iain has over thirty five years experience of working in the City with various institutions in lending and corporate finance.

Johannes Haubrich is Head of Product Management for Fixed Income & Equity Solutions at Nordea Asset Management (NAM).

Julien worked at Santander as vice president in their investment banking division based in Paris.

Sonal has over 12 years of experience in capital markets, fund raising (IPO, PE) and Mergers & Acquisitions in India.

Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets primarily in institutional and hedge fund sales and client relationship management.

Christine has spent six years in front office roles at a couple of major investment banks. Most recently, she was the lead Leisure equity research analyst at Royal Bank of Canada.

Alex works in Impact Venture Capital at the Conduit Connect, leading due diligence seed and series A impact deals globally.

Salome has over 10 years of project management experience in non-governmental and public sectors.

Harry has previously held roles in a Morgan Stanley-backed ABS structuring and asset management company and as a portfolio manager at InvestUK

Tommaso previously worked in the ESG retail practice of Amundi AM and the sustainable finance division of Deloitte France.

Chris studied Geography at the University of Colorado and received his MBA in Responsible Investment and Finance from SUMAS.
