City Finance Framework

The City Finance Framework was developed by BwB to provides city officials with a quantitative screening tool to identify promising projects. It calculates a Project Readiness Level (“PRL”) score, which users can utilise to ascertain the “maturity” of any project being evaluated. Lower scores primarily reflect early stage concepts and higher scores reflect operation ready projects.

Course

This course shares practical knowledge and insights from the sustainable infrastructure investment processes. It has been prepared for local and regional government official, alongside project developers. Users gain an understanding of how to prepare the case for investment through to the steps involved in a successful financial transaction.

Workshops

BwB also conducts workshops with project teams, where each team has the opportunity to apply the City Finance Framework. The output from the framework helps each project understand the stages and steps towards bankability.
