Rufus Grantham

Rufus is sector lead for Retrofit and Built Environment. Rufus spent two decades working in investment research advising asset management clients on their investment strategies. He is a Managing Director and member of the executive team at BwB. He is also currently an Director at BloodandSand Ltd and a General Partner at Mettle Capital Partners, an ESG data company. He has previously worked as a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets where he has Head of the European and Asian research department and at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. He spent three years as Chief Financial Office of data science startup Realeyes and started his career qualifying as a chartered accountant with PwC. Rufus graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Experimental Psychology and Neurophysiology.
